Matchmaking and balance?

Hi,


Seems like it's getting worse. Complete landslides, uneven numbers in teams, players not pto(which is a whole nother thing). Also when first starting up, more and more I will be placed in an already decided game in the last phase, on the losing team. A bit frustrating. Think it'll ever get worked out?


Please help.
